The Cub Scout Promise:
I promise to do my best
To do my duty to God and my country,
To help other people, and
To obey the Law of the Pack.

The Law of the Pack:
The Cub Scout follows Akela.
The Cub Scout helps the pack go.
The pack helps the Cub Scout grow.
The Cub Scout gives goodwill.

As a Cub Scout, you do your best
and you help others.

Cub Scout Pack 431 is located in New River and Desert Hills and surrounding areas of Arizona.  We are part of the Four Peaks District, and the Grand Canyon Council of the Boy Scouts of America. We meet once a month at Desert View Bible Church located at 105 W Carefree Hwy, Phoenix, 85086.

A Cub Scout unit is called a pack, and it consists of several dens of boys grouped by age or grade in school. Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade.

The aim of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens who are strong in character and personally fit. Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. The 10 purposes of Cub Scouting are Character Development, Spiritual Growth, Good Citizenship, Sportsmanship and Fitness, Family Understanding, Respectful Relationships, Personal Achievement, Friendly Service, Fun and Adventure, and Preparation for Boy Scouts.
